Companies That Care MOU

Purpose

The purpose of this MOU is to establish a partnership that advances shared values of community, empowerment, and impact by supporting Amethyst Place's mission while offering meaningful engagement opportunities for the partnering organization.

Partnership Benefits

As a CTC partner, the partnering organization will receive benefits based on the chosen sponsorship level:

1. "Your company presents" and co-branding opportunities on promo material, logo inclusion in promo products, inclusion in TV spots, and press release mentions.
2. Use of Tracy’s Common Space (for staff retreats and meetings).
3. Opportunity to rent the Tracy Community Room for private events (subject to availability)
4. Social Media Recognition
5. Recognition in Donor Newsletters
6. Speaking opportunities and brand activations at community engagement events
7. Inclusion in digital signage at events
8. Program ad recognition in the yearbook, and acknowledgment in the Annual Impact Report

Term & Review

This MOU is effective as of the date listed above and will remain in effect for one (1) year. It will automatically renew unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 90 days before the renewal date.

Sponsorship Levels

Champion of Transformation– $20,000+ annually
  • Exclusive spotlight in annual impact report: full page
  • Co-brand a special event
  • Private impact tour with AP leadership
  • Logo on AP’s website & event materials
  • Use of Tracy’s Community Room 2x/year (subject to availability)
Champion of Growth– $10,000+ annually
  • Exclusive spotlight in annual impact report: 3/4 page
  • Highlighted recognition on social media and in newsletters
  • Use of Tracy’s Community Room 1x/year (subject to availability)
  • Option to co-brand a special event or campaign
Champion of Empowerment– $5,000+ annually
  • Exclusive spotlight in annual impact report: 1/2 page
  • Highlighted recognition on social media and in newsletters
  • Use of Tracy’s Community Room 1x/year
  • Option to co-brand a special event or campaign
Champion of Healing– $2,500+ annually
  • Exclusive spotlight in annual impact report: 1/2 page
  • Highlighted recognition on social media and in newsletters
  • Opportunity to rent the Tracy Community Room for private events (subject to availability)
  • Option to co-brand a special event or campaign
Champion of Hope – $1,000+ annually
  • Exclusive spotlight in annual impact report: 1/2 page
  • Highlighted recognition on social media and in newsletters
  • Use of Tracy’s Community Room 1x/year
  • Option to co-brand a special event or campaign
Amethyst Ally – Supportive Opportunities annually
  • Exclusive spotlight on social media and in our donor newsletter
  • Opportunity to rent the Tracy Community Room for private events (subject to availability)
  • Invitation to select AP events
